Panel Applications Are Now Closed
Panelists are a crucial part of the success of our event, and we are looking forward to seeing what you have in store for our attendees. All panelists must register with the convention in order to host a panel. The panels are hosted on a voluntary basis. If a panelist is unable to attend or conduct their panel, they should notify the Event Scheduling Team immediately. Failure to do so may result in the loss of being considered for future panel slots.
- Now through July 1st, 2025 — Panel Submissions open. The panel submission deadline is firm, and no additions can be made after this date.
- July 2nd – July 31st, 2025 — Panelists will be notified if they are chosen.
- August 1st – August 15th, 2025 — The draft schedule will be created and finalized by our scheduling team.
