Not at all! Our convention is open to everyone, and a fursuit is not required to attend. While they are popular, attendees who want to dress up are welcome to start with something simple, like ears or a tail!

Nope! But after attending our convention, you might just become one! Once you’ve registered, you’re free to explore everything TTFC has to offer, from our Vendor Halls—featuring Artist Alley and the Dealers Den—to exciting events like panels and the dance competition, just to name a few. Keep an eye out for our full schedule, which will be released closer to the convention, so you don’t miss a thing!

TTFC offers events and spaces designed for attendees of all ages, including our younger guests. While certain areas are designated for adults and marked as such, there are plenty of family-friendly options to enjoy, such as our newest addition, Family Events—featuring activities and panels that bring out the kid in all of us!

No, staying at the convention hotel is not required. However, if you plan to attend for the entire duration, booking a room can be a great way to safely store your belongings. Staying on-site offers the convenience of easy access to early-morning and late-night events without the hassle of traveling. Plus, if you’re a fursuiter, having a private space nearby provides a comfortable place to rest and take breaks beyond our fursuit lounge—all at the best available rate negotiated with our hotel.

Please refer to our Minor Attendance Policy in our COC that further explains age limits to attend certain events or where a parent/guardian needs to be present with a minor.

If you arrive on-site outside of the posted registration hours, you will need to register for the following day. Please find a staff member and let them know, so we can provide any necessary information to ensure you get registered for the convention.

You can contact our Con Ops or inform a hotel staff member at the front desk. Be sure to let them know where the item(s) were found within the hotel or convention space.

We have a Quiet Room dedicated to unwind without any distractions or noise, which offers a calming atmosphere to de-stress.

In 2019, TTFC introduced a “Founder’s Club” for 10 generous attendees that helped jump start our con. As a benefit, each member of the TTFC Founder’s Club is entitled to lifetime “attendee” level registration comps for future Tails and Tornadoes Fur Con events. If you are a Founder, you should still register so we know you’re coming. Once you have applied your registration, contact registration to complete the comp process. If you choose to upgrade your ticket to Sponsor or Super Sponsor level, you can do so through the Registration system.
