In 2019, TTFC introduced a “Founder’s Club” for 10 generous attendees that helped jump start our con. As a benefit, each member of the TTFC Founder’s Club is entitled to lifetime “attendee” level registration comps for future Tails and Tornadoes Fur Con events. If you are a Founder, you should still register so we know you’re coming. Once you have applied your registration, contact registration to complete the comp process. If you choose to upgrade your ticket to Sponsor or Super Sponsor level, you can do so through the Registration system.

All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not possible once a ticket has been purchased. However, in some instances we do make exceptions. For information, please contact us.

TTFC has special negotiated room block rates for the span of our event with the Marriott. If you find a website offering a cheaper room rate, please contact us.

Due to limited availability, the Marriott offers a limited number of “suite rooms” (Junior Suites). These can accomodate up to 6 people. There is a king sized bed, along with two convertable couches that turn into beds. Each Junior Suite has two rooms, a nice bathroom, and plenty of space to spread out. Call the hotel Sales team to inquire, 918-493-7000. NOTE that these rooms are NOT included in the TTFC room block pricing.

Like many organizations, we have been impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic tremendously over the past year. To ensure the safety of attendees, staff, and vendors TTFC will follow CDC guidelines, as well as any policy in-place at the hotel during our convention.

TTFC will require all attendees, staff and vendors that receive a badge present a valid proof of vaccination (COVID vaccination card from the CDC or pharmacy, or a letter from your doctor) OR a documented NEGATIVE COVID test no less than 72 hours before September 3, 2021 or when the attendee arrives to pick up their badge.

This may include but not limited to:

  • Mask wearing in public areas
  • Social Distancing
  • Reduced event/panel capacity
  • Hand sanitizer
  • etc..

Keep in mind that there is always going to be a risk at any event, even not during a pandemic that people could become sick. If you are sick (fever over 101.4F 7 days prior to the event or any of the COVID-19 symptoms), please do not attend our con.

We also encourage immunizations for individuals most at-risk. Please consult your health provider for the best advice.
