We’re excited to announce our continued partnership with our venue, Marriott Tulsa Southern Hills Hotel! It is a beautiful, modernized facility with over 300 rooms, lots of space to grow into and over 40,000 square feet of functional space!
Room Block Nights: August 29th thru September 1st 2024.
Please be aware of the Incidental “hold” and check-in age requirement prior to making a reservation. The below link is the only official booking link for the convention’s room block.
Online Booking Notice
Please note that when selecting your reservation, if you are booking dates that are outside of August 29th - September 1st (the room block); you may receive an error that there are no rooms available stating “No rooms available for the selected dates”. The booking link provided by the hotel only allows online booking for the convention dates. If you are needing to book a reservation that extends outside of those dates, you will need to contact the hotel directly at (918) 493-7000 to book your reservation. Be sure to tell them that you will be attending Tails and Tornadoes to be included in the special pricing.

Incidental Authorization Policy Notice
Important Notice Regarding Incidental Holds
At check-in, you will be asked to provide a method of payment for your guest rooms. In addition, for each day during your reservation a $50 incidental "hold" authorization will be placed on your card (if paying by card) or if by cash, added to your payment total. For card payments, the incidental hold will be released about 3-5 days after checkout. If paying with cash, these incidental funds will be refunded at checkout at the front desk.
Examples of incidentals include but are not limited to:
Room Service
Room charge payments for services at businesses within the hotel (such as the restaurant)
Use of items in the mini bar (if your room has one)
Purchases at the hotel convenience store
**ROOMS CAN ONLY BE CHECKED IN BY AN INDIVIDUAL OVER THE AGE OF 21 PER MARRIOTT POLICY.

Tails and Tornadoes has negotiated a room rate with the hotel of:
- $134 + tax for Standard King Rooms
- $134 + tax for Standard Queen Rooms
Individuals can book rooms at this rate for stays from August 28th, 2024 until September 2nd, 2024.
The last day to reserve your room is August 18th, 2024 based on availability. Space is limited!
