When does pre-registration close?
Pre-Registration for TTFC closes August 1st 2019. After that date you will only be able to register at the convention.All Payments must be received by August 8th 2019, or you will lose any unpaid items, and your registration price will increase to the at-con prices.
Can I upgrade my membership after registering?
Yes! If you return to the registration page and sign in, you will be presented with your current registration and your upgrade options. You can upgrade your membership and pay only the difference between your current registration level and your new registration level.
Can I cancel my registration?
Please note that all registration purchases are final and not entitled to a refund. However, you may send your refund requests to [email protected] up until June 30th, 2019. After that date, we will no longer be accepting refund requests.
Can I get a cheaper room rate through another website?
TTFC negotiated a deal with Marriott Southern Hills to offer cheaper room rates to TTFC attendees. If you see a room at a lower cost than what we offer please reach out to us through the Contact Us page.
What does parking cost?
Parking is free and abundant at Marriott Southern Hills. Hotel security is in the parking lot at all times.
Is there a complementary airport shuttle?
Can I distribute my flyers at TTFC?
Flyers can be placed on designated tables on the 2nd floor throughout the convention space. Under no circumstances can flyers be placed on any walls or on the 1st floor.
